Technical Designer/Garment Technologist
Monday to Friday
£25K – £30K Dependent on experience

MAIN DUTIES:

• Creating first patterns from garment specifications and or customer garments.
• Grading original patterns into a full range of sizes.
• Supplying technical information for garment specifications.
• Specification checking and approval.
• Answering factory technical queries.
• First factory sample check and approval.
• QC production approval.
• Ongoing production quality control.

SKILLS:

• Knowledge of Gerber Accumark pattern design system.
• Pattern design Knowledge.
• Manual and computer grading knowledge.
• Garment construction skills.
• Knowledge of Garment construction within a factory environment.
• Knowledge of QC procedures.
• Good communication skills.
