We are working with an award-winning Architectural practice that is based in Cheltenham and are seeking a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their hard-working team! Projects-wise, they specialise in residential – involving bespoke, one-off houses and housing developments. Along with this, they also work on some commercial spaces, specialist care and Masterplanning, making this practice one of Gloucestershire’s leading RIBA Chartered practices.
Although currently employing around 8 members of staff, this sought-after practice is looking to expand this number due to ongoing business growth and escalating workload!
As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will receive the support and mentorship required to progress with your career! In addition to this, you will gain exposure throughout the entire RIBA stages in order to get the right level of experience to proceed with your career aspirations.
The Role/Requirements:
MArch Graduate
Completed Part 1 work placement/logging
Excellent presentation skills & creating visually pleasing documents
Capable of working on several projects at one time
Assist several members of the team (Architects, Assistants & Technologists)
Work on a number of different stages – from planning through to onsite supervision
3D modelling
The practice utilises BIM and CAD The salary for this position is £22,000 – £27,000 but depends on the level of experience!
