JOB TITLE: Head of Marketing & Admissions

CONTRACT: Permanent
SALARY: £55,000 + dependant on candidate experience
HOURS: 9.00am – 17.30pm (flexibility ie 9:30am-6pm)
START: January 2023
LOCATION: Fulham

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
Drive process and procedure efficiency's, setting the highest quality and customer service standards
Proven track record in leading the Marketing function
Lead, inspire and support team development as well as managing the Marketing and Admissions team
Design and deliver an innovative marketing and admissions strategy that drives growth
Identify target customer segments and develop marketing communications
Use data and analytics to identify actionable insights and develop process improvements
Drive a collaborative culture of one team and ensure all your colleagues are aware of their role in attracting, converting and retaining filmmakers
Strategically and tactically analyse processes, procedures and systems to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness and execute best-in-class delivery
Deliver evidence-based feedback and insights to the all key stakeholdersSKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
Demonstrable experience in a similar marketing and admissions role
Experience working in higher education essential
Strong communication skills
Marketing Degree or equivalent
Able to work in a busy and fast paced environment
Affable and pro active personality to report into 2 Directors
Inspiring, creative and a problem solver
Exceptional leader always looking to develop
Friendly and demonstrable calmness under pressure
