A great opportunity has opened up for an Account Manager.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
Be the main point of contact between the production team and external clients (agencies)
Be the face of the business – meeting clients face to face for briefs and social relationship building
Develop long-term successful relationships with clients to encourage client retention and satisfaction
Have a thorough understanding of your clients’ products, services and objectives.
Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver first class exhibitions.
Support the production of costings for each project.
Ensuring communication is consistent throughout a project.
Experience required:
Demonstrable account management within exhibitions (2+ years)
Contract: full-time, permanent
Hybrid working arrangement. To be agreed with the successful candidate but there is a lot of flexibly for the right person.
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (experience dependent)
