Senior Project Manager – Exhibitions
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £45000 – £55000/annum
We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Senior Exhibition Project Manager to join an award winning agency based in their head office in London.

The role:
Oversee and manage exhibition booth presence from pre-production through to on-site & take down
Work closely with the design team to assess costs etc.
Manage an on-site team which would comprise of external AV/exhibit contractors alongside the internal team
Negotiate with partners and suppliers
Full budget management
Arrange and attend all client meetings
Complete site inspections
Problem solve across the whole project About you:
Demonstratable relevant Exhibition Project Management experience
Happy and able to travel worldwide
An awareness of technological equipment and systems that are used at exhibitions
Solutions-focused approach to management
Strong client communication and client service/relationship-building skills
A proven track record of delivering work with a contract value of around £500,000Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
