Senior Architectural Technologist (Contract)
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £27 – £35/hour
Conrad Consulting are urgently on the lookout for a freelance or Contract Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist Technician to join a reputable firm of Architects in Manchester city centre.
*This will likely be a minimum of 3 months work, with a view to extension dependent on future workload and quality of performance*
The company are around 10-strong. They are incredibly busy working within their core sectors of: High-Rise Residential, Hotel, PRS and Housing.
With some of their projects being at key stages, they are looking for an experienced individual to join the team to support these important next steps. On the back of this there is a requirement for support across on the further development of other projects with a key focus on design.

Requirements of the Architect/Technician include:
To hold a relevant Architectural qualification (Degree, HNC, HND).
Minimum 3 years practical experience.
Proficiency using REVIT is preferred.
All project sector backgrounds will be considered but Residential/Hotel would be advantageous.
Ability to 'hit the ground running' with minimal supervision.
Excellent design & technical capabilities.
