Konker is recruiting for a Project Architect to join a newly opened Manchester office based in the heart of the city.
This RIBA practice of 52 staff, is looking to further grow its industrial and retail operations and is seeking an Architect to support them.
The Manchester office has opened due to further client demand and to support the operations of its two other offices.
Over the last 30 years, this RIBA practice has worked on many award-winning projects, locally and nationally.
With their core principles revolving around sustainable design and work enjoyment, this diverse practice is looking for an Architect who loves their work and will bring plenty of enthusiasm along with them.
Most of their projects are designed using Revit so experience with this package is essential.
The Role: Project Architect – Revit
Run your own projects
Producing feasibility studies
Opportunity to grow to an Associate level position
Work in a relaxed working environment
Producing technical drawings for each stage of the building process
Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants The salary for this position is between £30K-£40K depending on previous experience and ability.
