SW Clinics also specialises in Surgical and Non-surgical Sexual Aesthetics for men and women, and they are the home of the O-Concept™ protocol, which is exclusively available only from their Harley Street clinic and has seen over 25,000 patients treated.

You will be responsible for the creation, marketing and running of multiple training events per month as part of the Royale Academy Of Aesthetic Medicine and International Association of Aesthetic Gynaecology & Sexual Wellbeing (IAAGSW Training.)

The training academies offers training in key aesthetic procedures such as Vampire treatments, Botox, dermal fillers, thread lifting and mesotherapy, sexual training like O Shot, P Shot etc…

These trainings are attended by professionals from across the globe. You must have extensive previous event marketing experience to plan and fill these training events in order to maximise financial performance and objectives.

Are you the right person for the job?

At least 3 years of event marketing experience
At least 3 years’ experience running small-scale, high-ticket events
2+ years minimum experience of events within the cosmetic industry healthcare sector
Ability to create a one-page event website with booking and payment facilities
Ability to add images, video, events dates onto website
Ability to leverage social media to promote and fill events and look after delegates and enquiries
You need to be able to always take initiative
Excellent communication and diary organisation skills
Confidence in communicating with people from diverse backgrounds
Ability to speak multiple languages is a bonus
Enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic
What will your role as an Event Marketing Manager look like?

Create the event page to sell tickets to multiple events across the year
Identify and target the ‘marketplace of health professionals looking to upskill on their training health programs
Proactively promote the events across the sector via email, and social media, (Google is a bonus)
Follow up on all enquiries and closing the sale into one (or more) of the training dates
Promote all the benefits of the academy and the trainings
Make full use of phone, email and text to follow up and engage with enquiries.
Fully complete notes and tasks using the sales and administration software used by the clinic to manage enquiries follow-ups, bookings and payments
Organise ALL training events, preparing and printing handouts, Attend the events and make sure the ‘events run smoothly’ on the day
Make sure delegates get an amazing experience before, during and after the training events
Organise the training days from beverages, materials and organising the trainers
Create a training schedule with the help of the trainers
Collect testimonials from delegates, video recorded and written
