Conrad Consulting are recruiting on behalf of one of the most sought-after Architecture practices in the UK. They are looking to recruit an experienced BIM Coordinator based in Manchester. Please read on for further details.
Firstly, a little about the company: Founded nearly 40 years ago in London, they quickly developed into one of the most innovative and modern Architectural studios in the city. Owing to a growing presence in the North of England they opened their Manchester Studio 10 years ago which has similarly been a resounding success. They employ well over 100 people in London, with around 30 team members based in Manchester. Their portfolio of completed projects includes large-scale Residential schemes, masterplanning and those within Education, Healthcare, Commercial and several other sectors.
They are looking for an experienced and well-qualified BIM Coordinator to undertake a strategic role within their Manchester studio. Some of the responsibilities of this role will include:
Leading BIM-focused meetings within the Design team.
Initiating and maintaining projects in accordance with ISO standards.
Producing bespoke REVIT families for use across the practice.
Providing individual and group feedback on BIM 'best-practice' workflows.
Creating and maintaining the practices BIM standards.
