We are currently working with a well-established online trading company who have over a thousand employees across 19 offices worldwide.
The company offers online trading facilities to clients via its website.
Your role
You understand that UX is more than just a product. Every stage, from marketing and sales to onboarding and support, is a part of the total experience you would want to improve.
They are looking for a VP of UI/UX to team up with other engineers and product managers to ensure that their company's platforms are enjoyable for the customers from start to finish.
This role will be both hands-on and strategic, and you should certainly have a solid background in conceptualizing, designing, and creating first-class products for our customers.
Responsibilities
Define UI & UX strategy and vision across the company.
Able to constantly amend and communicate the vision to your team to deliver the next paradigm in customer experience, hence, always keeping the business's product relevant and engaging to the customers.
Define critical KPIs, metrics, and business outcomes that deliver an ROI to the company and communicate them effectively.
Manage design libraries and style systems according to product branding requirements.
Assess the impact of all UI design and usability changes.
Communicate and collaborate with the company stakeholders to grasp business needs and translate them into design requirements.
Work closely with our HR department to grow your team to meet the demand for creating a first-class user experience that serves the business goals. Skills
10+ years of in-depth knowledge and experience in designing web and mobile channels.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Design, or any other relatable field.
Proven and successful record of delivering a product project from the design stage to its launch.
Strong knowledge of design processes and project management
Have the ability to clearly define your design thinking and rationale
High proficiency using various design tools, for example, Visio, Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.
Proven track record of managing a team on a global scale
A sense of empathetic nature to understand our customers and develop solutions that solve their problems.What's good to have
Good understanding of financial products worked in Fintech or the Financial sector.
Illustrative skills and the ability to create bespoke illustrations for digital platforms.
Experience with multi-site collaboration over different time zones
