An Architectural Technician is required by an Architectural Practice based in Dudley. My Client is a lovely, independent Consultancy who are able to offer this fantastic opportunity to a motivated and adaptable individual.
As a Consultancy they have a wonderful range of projects to get involved in offering you a very interesting and varied position within their business. You will find yourself involved in a great range of both new build and refurbishment projects set across the construction sector; residential including very high-end multi-million pound dwellings, health-care, MOD, NHS sites, educational schemes, industrial and cultural based projects etc.
As an Architectural Technician you will be an adaptable and motivated individual who can help to deliver the full design package. Typically you will be expected to draw upon your knowledge and skills of Architecture to produce design packages utilising AutoCAD however given the nature of their business you will may also be required to adapt to the production of some structural drawings and details and therefore a willingness embrace this is warmly welcomed.
Ideally applicants will hold a Degree in Architecture or relevant architectural qualifications and be experience in utilising AutoCAD to produce architectural drawing packages and details for projects.
