Architetcural REVIT Technician / Technologist
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £32000 – £40000/annum
You will be joining a remarkably robust business who due to their long-standing cross-sector portfolio of clients continue to execute their ambitious growth strategy despite the uncertain outlook. They work primarily within Residential, Commercial and Retail industries for a mixture of developer led, private and public sector clients. Their latest requirement is for an ambitious and confident Architectural REVIT Technologist to join their very busy retail team, they require the expertise and guidance of someone with meticulous attention to detail who is confident in positively contributing to a wider project delivery tea,. The projects are for several major blue-chip retailers and include store re-models, large scale new build retail units and conversions of existing retail property into other uses such as mix use residential.

Opportunity open to Architectural Technicians / Technologists with a REVIT proficiency.
Must have at least 2-3 years experience within an Architectural Practice setting – Intermediate to Senior level considered.
A comprehensive technical understanding of UK Building & Planning regs and a meticulous eye for detail.
The ability to produce detailed construction drawing and tender packages using REVIT software.
Previous experience of working within either Retail, Industrial, Commercial Architecture
Excellent presentation and communications skills.
Clear strength in organisation and project management
A team-player with good employee development skills.
An individual with a Pro-Active client focus and passion for outstanding service delivery.
Benefits and salary
Starting salary depending on experience and suitability £32,000 – £40,000 per annum based on 35 hours per week.
23 days holiday + plus option to buy 5 additional days.
