Salary : £38000 – £45000/annum
Conrad Consulting are working in Partnership with a leading, Multi-disciplinary Consultancy in Blyth, Northumberland to recruit a Project Architect to join this company at an exciting time.
This international company have long established a reputation for designing and delivering inspiring concepts across a wide range of sectors. Traditionally this has included a mixture of Commercial, industrial and various other typologies of work. Their future pipeline of work is very secure and their Architecture team across the UK is growing to meet this increasing demand. In Blyth, the existing Architectural team is relatively small so there is a big opportunity for experienced individuals to join the company towards the beginning of their journey. The office is also home to various construction professionals including Project Managers, Engineers and surveyors.
This Architect position would be best suited to a Qualified Architect working at Project Architect or Senior Architect level, with aspirations of working on large scale schemes both on a local and National scale. Ideally someone with aspirations to grow, develop and enhance their Architectural career by working on numerous exciting schemes.
We would hope the Senior Architect meets most, if not all of the following requirements:
ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect (Min 5 Years post Qualification experience).
Experience working across a wide range of project types – Commercial & industrial amongst others will be welcomed.
Proficient using AutoCAD and/or REVIT software.
To be Client-facing and job-running.
Able to present ideas coherently to internal/external teams.
