We are looking for a highly creative Communications Designer with a passion for storytelling and creating compelling, beautiful layouts. The role is permanent, full-time and offers remote and hybrid working options based at the Birmingham office. Salary £45k-£50k depending on experience.

The Role
As Lead Communications Designer you will play a pivotal role in the Comms team in producing creative and engaging solutions for major strategy work, pitches and important internal presentations for clients. You will work closely with the agency's strategy team to transform powerful narratives, strategic vision, and data through strong visual storytelling. This hands-on lead design role will see you taking full ownership of your work, managing and organising your projects to deliver on time, and taking the lead to ensure all visual communications are of impeccable quality.
About You
You genuinely love crafting highly creative presentations and have the ability to interpret complex ideas that translate into simple and compelling design layouts. You have a strong understanding of layout, typography, and colour, and can demonstrate this in your portfolio. You appreciate being in a creative environment where you can be positive, self-motivated and use your initiative. You are confident in juggling multiple projects, interpreting briefs, and hitting your deadlines.
Software skills required:
* Expert in PowerPoint 2016 (Mac)
* Working knowledge of Adobe CS (Illustrator, In Design and Photoshop)
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (Mac)
