Here at Tec Partners, we are working with one of the world's most successful gaming studios responsible for developing some of the most well known games over the years.
The studio are now looking for a Lead Motion Capture Animator who can drive excellence within the animation of the games to produce high quality outcomes.
You will be collaborating with a team of animators and directors to produce world class character animations for their chart topping games.
Responsibilities:
Leading a team of 4 local animators
Collaboratively working with art directors and animators to ensure quality and consistency
Processing raw data through the teams pipelines.
Constantly work to improve workflow by creating tools and scripts.
Sharing best practices with global teams.Skills:
2 years experience with labelling and editing option mo cap data
2 years experience with Motion Builder
Strong communication skills
Motivated and passionate
The ability to multi task and prioritise
The ability to lead a team and provide constructive feedback and direction.
