Senior Architectural Technician (Residential)

Senior Architectural Technician required to work on a number of new Residential developments across the Lancashire and Greater Manchester region. Our client are a true specialist in the volume Residential sector. Please read on for further information on the role they are looking to fill.
Founded over 15 years ago and with a wealth of experience across their team, this company have established themselves are major players across the North-West region. Their work is primarily within the volume housing & masterplanning sectors. They have a very strong Technical team without compromising on their offering of high-quality design services.
They are looking for an experienced or Senior Architectural Technician to join their team to contribute towards, and take a technical lead on numerous new projects that will keep the team busy throughout 2023 and the years to come.
What we are looking for:
Degree Qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology or similar.
Minimum of 5 years practical experience.
Appropriate experience earned from working in Architectural practice, a housebuilder, developer or similar.
Good technical skills including AutoCAD proficiency.
Excellent Residential-sector experience. Volume housing, masterplanning, apartment buildings and similar will be the most appropriate.
