Junior Designer

The Fix Creative are looking for a Junior Designer to join a well-known toy company. We are looking for someone with all round integrity agency experience this includes:
Creation of Marketing materials including:
* Catalogues
* Sales sheets
* Trade adverts
* Tradeshow stand design
* Retail space design
* Creation of social media graphics, web graphics, optimised image
* Photography skills would be a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
* Coordination of Approval of samples and artwork with various licensors
* Sample checking, logging and coordination and photography.
* Create product graphic design looks for ranges- mood boards.
* Producing sketches and sample design and concepts
* Merchandising design/ sales support/ POS
* Marketing support (Enewsletters/ Mailchimps, Photography, Catalogue & presentations)
* Trade show stand design
* Website and online content creation and support
* Formulate Product and Design briefs with PD team and Marketing team
* Create packaging artwork for new products using style guides
* Work with PD and factories to develop and approve samples
* Creation and management of new product specs
Secondary Responsibilities:
* Managing the Image library and image usage on Rainbow’s website and some social media
* Showroom management support
* Reviewing with PD team about design requirements
* Clarifying design issues with factories and Product development team
* Product, Competitor and Trend research
* Maintenance of design files for each brand
* Sales support retailer presentations
* General office admin responsibilities
Location:
Location: Role will be based for 3 days in Hammersmith, London, with occasional travel to the Gosport office and trade shows and out at retail to review product ranges
