Vivo Talent is working with a unique creative service and localisation agency to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their team!
They are looking for a professional who is passionate about what they do and wants to join a company that looks to promote personal development and growth within their functions. You will be key in bringing on new business and working with them for the entire lifecycle to ensure that they are successful as an account.
A large amount of this role will be working with customers, face-to-face, to ensure effective and efficient service and results.
Main Responsibilities
Meets business development targets
Creating a sustainable revenue pipeline
Increases customer base
A focus on localisation and creative services
Promotes a customer-oriented focus
Working closely with leadership teams on creation and innovative sales and marketing ideas
Maintain a high customer contact level, with a goal of at least 50% time spent on face-to-face meetings
Business development planning, forecasting and pipeline
Skills and Experience
Highly motivated, self-starter
Passionate about business results
Superb client management skills
Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills
Thrive under financial targets
Proactive, adaptable, and flexible in a constantly changing industry
