Salary : £30000 – £40000/annum Negotiable

A multi-disciplinary building consultancy have great opportunity for a Revit/AutoCAD Technician to join their Birmingham team with a potential for hybrid working. You'll work on a wide range of projects, including housing, regeneration, education, commercial, care and health sectors.

Responsibilities include:

The role involves working within our Building Services group.
* Undertake drawing production via CAD / Revit MEP and support Building Services Engineers in the design and delivery of projects.
* Actively participate in co-ordinating with other design team members as part of a multi-skilled team (both internally and externally).
* Assist project team leaders in managing drawing production / records and associated drawing management and protocols.
* Ensure that design work is checked by Senior Engineers prior to issue.
* Assist in carrying out site surveys, where appropriate.
* Attendance at various project/technical meetings.
* Day to day management and execution of project work.
* Support work on research, marketing, presentations and seminars
* Undertake administrative tasks.
* Fulfil the general requirements: filing, office procedures and layering conventions (CAD)
* Refer all matters of a legal/ contractual/ financial nature to a Partner.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Relevant qualification in Computer Aided Design (2D and 3D)
* Fully competent on latest version of AutoCAD / Revit MEP
