Our high-end fashion client is looking for someone to join their e-commerce team on a temporary basis as a client experience agent.

As part of the in-house Client Experience team, your role will be to provide the highest levels of customer care to website and telephone customers to meet luxury service level KPI's and targets

Duties:

Provide quality responses to online customer queries by email/ phone. Follow through on all customer requests, resolve issues in a timely efficient manner
Provide personalised customer service of the highest level (quality and in a timely manner), managing difficult customers when necessary
Negotiate solutions with customers to prioritise needs wherever possible
Work within and outside the parameters of company policy to find creative solutions to customer issues
Actively clientele our top clients by assisting with sourcing product and fulfilling requests, actively selling, and informing them of upcoming new products.
Support our Digital Marketing team by responding to customer product enquiries across all social media platforms adhering to our SLA's
Liaise closely with complementary departments, from sales to despatch, delivery to aftercare. Always follow up on customer orders when required to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Effectively use in house IT systems, adhering to departmental procedures. Make sure databases/ record are maintained and correct
Continuously check all stages of the customer journey, ensuring service pages are maintained and reflect the most recent policies.
Liaise with internal departments such as operational and commercial teams to expedite issues that are raised by the client during the customer journey
Undertake additional administrative duties and resolve fraud incidents as required
Undertake departmental projects and other duties as requested by your line manager

The successful candidate MUST have:

MUST have previous experience using Zendesk
Proven work experience within administration
Administration and accuracy skills
Previous customer service experience
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise work and remain calm under pressure
Detail orientated, highly organised and able to prioritise, multitask and work to deadlines
Intermediate level using Microsoft Excel
