Hours: 37 hours Mon–Thurs 8.15 am–4.30pm, Fri 8.15am – 4.00pm
(Occasional weekends if required
Role:
Prepare and issue detail and GA drawings, required on a contract by contract basis. Generate and issue paperwork in accordance with company procedures to execute contracts, i.e requisitions, schedules, works instructions. Assist in the same capacity for tenders plus liaison with other Greenbank personnel to assist with the timely execution of contracts and tenders.

Main Duties
Produce AutoCAD drawings and works instructions for the factory to manufacture.
Produce drawings on AutoCad for pre tender work enquiries.
Design any customer components that may be necessary to complete installation
Inspect the finished components to ensure that they are correct to specification, as and when required.
Ensure that projects are completed to the agreed time scale and meet all the customers’ requirements.
Maintain comprehensive notes and records including all design calculations in connection with each design task and will keep such records in a form to simplify their retrieval for future reference.
Identify any key draughting issues or problems and inform Engineering Manager or Drawing Office Supervisor.
Prepare other documentation as required by our procedures for execution of a contract.
Assist at Customer sites with measuring of existing customer plant and equipment. Assess how the anticipated installation work will fit in within the existing infrastructure.
By flexible in your approach to working on site and outside the country as contracts dictate.
Attend meetings with customers/sub-contractors as the contract dictates.
Be available to work paid overtime as and when contracts dictate.
Liaise with site installation personnel as well as on site as contracts require.
Work safely and follow company health & safety procedures.
Follow company environmental procedures and guidelines.
Follow our quality procedures to ensure all work is done to consistently high standards.
Follow Company policies and procedures. i.e. absence reporting, dress code, confidentiality, data protection etc.
Training will be provided to complete the knowledge base the successful candidate would require.
