Temporary Business Development and Bid Executive
Our client is an independent cost construction consultancy in the heart of the City of London. They are looking to hire an experienced Bid Executive with strong InDesign skills to join their Central London office for a minimum of three months. The role is paying £14-15 per hour depending on your experience, with a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the bid process
Creating and preparing using InDesign
Ensuring deadlines are met
Keeping bid library up to date
Support in updating the company website
Uploading news articles
Updating project information
Compiling/creating documents internally for all office personnel upon request
Using Word and Excel
Compiling internal and external presentations
PowerPoint and InDesign
Client event support (preparation)
General day to day BD and office support
Designing leaflets
Maintaining/advancing our image library, ensuring complete copyright compliance
Assisting in maintaining graphics library
Support on proposals placemats, presentations etc
EP general support
Business Development & Bid Management document design and creationAdministration
Word processing – invoices, letters, minutes etc
Photocopying, filling, scanning
Assistance in office management and administrative support
Branding non-brand compliant documents before they are sent out
Designing and printing CD contract labels
Document binding
Compiling/amending PDF documents
Key Skills
Adobe InDesign (Intermediate – Expert)
Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (Intermediate – Expert)
Microsoft Office incl. Word, PowerPoint & Excel (Intermediate – Expert)
Microsoft Outlook (Intermediate – Expert)
Great attention to detail and proofing skills
