Senior Architectural Technician

Permanent position with hybrid working available
Emtech are working with a growing multi disciplinary consultancy with over 70 staff based in Bedford who are looking for a Senior Architectural Technician to join their team. Ideally you will have 3+ years experience and have worked on residential & commercial development projects previously.

Key Skills Required
Qualified within an architecture or design related subject
Highly proficient with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Publisher in particular).
Knowledge of Revit, Sketchup and Rendering
High standard of written and spoken English
Proven experience within the residential design sector, in particular relating to design of sketch layout and urban design.
Experience of writing Design and Assess Statements
Solid portfolio evidencing creativity and knowledge of complex design solutions
Proactive and self-motivated
Able to work well under pressure and adaptable to rapidly changing project parameters
Proven ability to work well within small teams and willingness to take accountability for own workPackage Benefits:
