Are you a talented Digital Designer looking for something more engaging? We have an excellent opportunity available for a Lead Digital Designer to become part of a multi award-winning ticket sales company. The company has a relaxed, fun and anti-micromanagement culture placing trust in its employees to do good work. In this role you’ll design and create a multitude of campaigns and concepts for print and web, based on marketing briefs. You’ll also manage and support two designers.

Salary – Up to £60,000 

Location – Brixton / Remote               

Role Type – Permanent / Hybrid – 2 Days a week in the office

The Role

Designing:

You’ll lead on the creation of Web/digital assets including website banners, email visuals, social media ads and Google display banners as well as more traditional assets such as magazine & newspaper press adverts, booklets, leaflets, flyers, posters and merchandise like oyster wallets and more. Maintaining brand identity whilst adding creative flair, you’ll help to shape and define the global branding strategy alongside continuous business growth.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

You will manage a team of two designers, helping them improve their designs whilst providing feedback and insights into their work. You will also liaise with various stakeholders including large well-known brands to improve the overall brand quality as well as work with the marketing team and other creative teams within the business.

Essentials:

Experience working on large-scale, high budget campaigns
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. 
Strong understanding of mobile / responsive design best practices.Nice to Have’s:

HTML + CSS experience
Management experience
Experience in working within a global e-commerce business
