Creative Designer/Art Worker (flexible working)

Our digital client are an established and highly successful healthcare marketing and advertising agency with a growing team and steady stream of ongoing creative and digital projects with large global organisations.
As a Junior Designer/Creative worker your role would involve reporting to and supporting our Senior Creatives. This role would ideally suit a talented junior or mid level Designer or Art Worker.
Hybrid working is available (3 days from home/2 days onsite in Oxford area)
The business is an independent agency with a global reach through the Healthcare network, they have won various awards for their creative solutions and quality of delivery. You'll be focused on designing well-crafted digital material within the medical sector.
One requirement is that the successful applicant would be prepared to come into the office twice a week, so within commuting distance of our offices in Kidlington. We were thinking of a salary of £23 -£27k, dependent on experience ( would see this very much as a first move situation, although would consider a college grad who has done a relevant media course).
Requirements
* Must be competent in the Adobe suite
* InDesign
* Illustrator
* Photoshop
* A flexible approach
* Ideally travel to the office at least twice a week
* Being prepared to present your work both internally and occasionally externally
* Working to tight deadlines
