Based: Mitcham

Salary: £45k to £55k plus car allowance

Hybrid role

You will be working for this global leading business based within their offices in Mitcham. As the business development manager you will be focused on unearthing new revenue opportunities for the business across UK, Europe and the wider EMEA region.

This role would suit a highly driven individual with a real desire to grow and expand the business, proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities from large SMEs and multi-nationals, negotiating and converting prospective leads into successful accounts.

The successful applicant will be adept at building corporate partnerships helping clients increase their business through the products and services on offers. The successful candidate must enjoy selling complex solutions, working directly with prospects to gather and understand business requirements, contract terms and service levels along with their related processes, to build workable solutions and recommendations.

What is on offer:

Salary between £45K and £55k
£5.1K per annum car allowance
Hybrid role
Commission to be discussed upon joining
Ideally UK based
Additional European language advantageous

To be successful in the role you will have:

Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales conversions, revenue and profitability
Strong ability to build a large value client portfolio from scratch
Excellent negotiation, presentation and proposal development skills, able communicate the B2B service offering
An adept and proactive communicator able to build relationships at all levels, able to deal with others with tact and good judgment – responsible, inclusive and approachable
Credible and articulate, and able to engage effectively with C-level executives at large enterprises
Strongly target-driven with the drive and desire to contribute to the success of the company's strategies and goals
Clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas to leads and prospects in a variety of situations; communicate in a focused and compelling way that drives sales and new business opportunities
A proactive and pre-emptive problem-solving approach, with a diligent mind and an eye for detail in all aspects of business Fluent in English with excellent written, verbal and communication skills
