Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £29000 – £31500/annum
A fabulous opportunity for a driven multitasker to provide thorough executive and administrative support within the Finance and Resources Division of a world-leading Art and Design Museum in the West End.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
– Provide comprehensive EA support to Directors
– Manage diary and travel arrangements
– Book meetings and take minutes
– Put together documents for key presentations
– Ad hoc support across wider division
WHO YOU ARE:
Someone who takes pride in offering efficient and effective administrative support to senior staff as well as a wider team.
Requirements:
– Prior experience offering administrative/EA support
– Prioritisation skills and attention to detail
– Concise presentation of reports and documents
– Expertise in Office 365 applications
– Discretion and communication skills
This role is paying £31,500 per annum and offers flexible working hours plus a hybrid model (2 WFH days per week).
