Skanska Building Services is recruiting for a proven, Graphics Design professional to work as a Creative Team Leader on a key MoD FM contract in North Middlesex
The position is within a project team on a long term PFI contract on which Skanska provide facilities management for the MoD (hard & soft); a site with excess of 2000 personnel.
You’ll:
• Produce all levels of graphics work required for our customer and client to the relevant templates and brand guidelines (supplied) to all regulations and contractual obligations
• Manage the Graphics department by motivating staff, handle administrative duties, and perform human resource tasks, such as recruiting and assessing staff performance.
• Manage the responses received from Customer Service and Assurance Manager and Communications Manager from the Customer Experience Survey and produce action plan.
• Manage compliments and complaints raised via the Site Helpdesk for the Graphics Team
• Understand and manage the monthly report for Graphics
• Display a sound knowledge of the contractual requirements appertaining to the range of services managed
We’re looking for:
• Customer Service experience, experienced Creative /Graphic Designer
• Computer literate on Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite
• Motivational skills and an ability to manage and guide individuals through new situations
• Communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advice customers clearly and to liaise effectively with the client and Skanska employees alike
• Excellent listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
• Creative thinking, to have the ability to introduce new innovations and continuously improve standards
• Able to gain MoD Security Clearance (Must have resided in UK for past 5 yrs min)
