Seasoned Senior Architect required to join a large Multi-Disciplinary Architectural & Engineering Consultancy based in Sheffield to support the project delivery of various retail projects on behalf of their major FTSE 100 blue-chip client.
Our client established over 150 years ago now employ over 80 highly skilled and career motivated staff who all contribute to the delivery of a multitude of design led Commissions predominantly across their core markets which are Retail, Commercial Workplace, Mixed Use Residential, Living Sector and Lesiure Projects. Based in a recently modernised contemporary studio in Sheffield, our client operates nationally and have garnered a reputation for delivering an extensive range of Architectural and Engineering solutions in varying levels of values and complexity.
They've shown measured growth across all sectors in recent years and as such are in an excellent position to offer those with ambition the chance for excelled career progression. It is within their Retail team now where the main focus lies as they look to bolster and strengthen, the retail work is for their loyal client of 50 years and crucially they really like to get to know the Architects they work with so this work will involve meeting the client, being out on site and hopefully positioning yourself to build the relationship further. On offer here is a direct route through to Associate Architect Level (to be discussed further at potential interview stage) and the potential to be part of a long standing robust project team with a very secure pipeline of work on offer.
We are looking for an accomplished Senior Project Architect, ideally a proven job-runner with circa 5-10 years experience (although this is open to a degree of flexibility), an effective communicator and a lead-figure in the office. Someone with a proven track-record of completed projects a portfolio to match encompassing various cross sectors. Project work here is completed primarily using REVIT, so it is essential for candidates to display some level of experience in this area, however some training is available for those who know the basics and are keen to learn, a basic AutoCAD knowledge is also desirable.

* Seasoned Senior level ARB/RIBA Project Architect from an Architectural Practice background.
* Proven track record of completed projects within either the Residential, Commercial, Retail or Leisure / hospitality sectors.
* Excellent communication skills: Written & Verbal and solid client facing & relationship building attributes.
* Team management experience.
* On-site delivery experience.
* REVIT & AutoCAD fluency.
* Experienced at working across all RIBA stages
