Senior Learning Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £50000 – £60000/annum

Your role will be hands-on in creating storylines and scripts and pointing junior members of the team in the right direction.
The Role
Able to come into the business to shape and define the solutions they offer their clients
Involvement throughout the entire project life cycle
Meeting with clients to discuss their requirements and collaborate with colleagues during solution workshops to shape the proposed approach
Over-see and provide direction for a team of talented learning designers in the storyboarding and scripting of solutions. This could take the form of e-learning programmes, animations, interactive videos, and other forms of online learning
Help foster a creative environment to allow them to achieve company goals
The freedom to express yourself and bring to life inspirational ideas and creative thoughts for modern online learning
Your Experience
A degree of 2:1 or higher
A minimum of 5 years’ work experience in the e-learning industry
Experience using a range of authoring tools to build learning solutions
Excellent creative writing skills and a keen eye for detail
Exceptional communication and presentation skills working both internally and externally with commercial clients
An ability to multi-task, manage time and work to tight deadlines
