Senior Architectural Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £40000 – £45000/annum
Senior Architectural Technician required to join one of Manchester's best-known Architectural brands to work on a mixture of Residential, Transportation and Commercial-sector projects.
This company have an excellent reputation in Manchester and across the UK. They have several regional offices dotted across the country in order to satisfy an ever-expanding client base of public and private-sector clients. Their team consists of Architects, Architectural Technicians, Project Managers, Surveyors and various inter-discipline professionals.
Typically, project work here is completed using a mixture of REVIT & AutoCAD software. Candidates that can display a high-level of experience with both softwares will be fast-tracked to interview stage. Those with Microstation knowledge/experience would also be of great interest to this company.
We are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist. Someone with 5+ years practical experience would be ideal alongside a wealth of knowledge with UK building regulations alongside the following criteria:
