Lead Learning Experience Designer

Salary : £55000 – £65000/annum Bonus
Possibl are proud to be a partner with one of the leading Management Consultancies across the globe looking to add a Lead Global Learning Experience Designer to their team on an initial 18 month FTC with a view to becoming permanent following this.

This role will focus on developing immersive and integrated blended learning experiences including in person live sessions. You will work with key high profile stakeholders presenting the benefits and drawbacks of various solutions to convince them of the best solution for the learners within the organisation. You will collaborate with other Learning Experience Designers, Vendors, Live Training Teams and End Users to create best of class learning experiences.

Your Experience and Attributes:
Ability to design and develop immersive, engaging, multidevice blending learning solutions including VR, on-demand, live classroom, interactive multimedia, learning in the workflow etc
Conducting learning needs analysis to ensure solutions are learner centric
Testing and subsequently reviewing content based on learner response, needs and outcomes
Partnering and managing vendors to ensure the solutions they provide meet the needs of the learners
Work successfully with key stakeholders to drive the alignment of learning objectives
Ability to work both face to face and virtually with team members
Confidence in explaining best practices to senior stakeholders
Comfortable to working fast paced and service orientated agile environment
Happy to self project manage your own workload, timelines and deliverables, ideally using one of Slack, Teams, Trello, Jira, Smartsheet
User of at least one publishing software such as Storyline, Evolve, Rise, Captivate, Adapt
Understanding and ability to use a Learning Experience Platform
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with a geographically diverse team
