Are you a highly skilled and experienced Project Director / Manager looking to join a world-leading architecture studio? Look no further!
Our client is an award-winning firm and is seeking a talented Project Director / Manager to join their team and lead the development of a groundbreaking project in London that is set to change the landscape of the city.
As a Project Director / Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design and construction process, from planning through to project completion. You will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget.
You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work effectively with a diverse team of architects, designers, engineers, and contractors. You should have previous experience of heading up large teams with between 15 to 25+ direct reports.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work showcasing their project management skills and experience leading large-scale projects. You will also have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Previous experience working with challenging stakeholders on highly complex and politically charged projects is required and you will be asked to present and discuss this experience at interview.

Qualifications:
ARB / RIBA Qualified Architect, ideally with Project Management experience
Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in architecture
Strong portfolio of project management work
Proven experience leading and managing large-scale architecture projects from start to finish
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively with a team of architects, designers, engineers, and contractors
