Are you a highly qualified and talented Architect/Experienced RIBA Part II seeking a non-traditional career opportunity? We have several positions available for talented individuals to transition into design management roles.

In this role, you will work closely with leading architects and key stakeholders to manage a range of flagship projects from the initial briefing stage through to tender. You will utilise excellent communication and project management skills to oversee the process and ensure successful outcomes.

This position does not include hands-on design responsibilities, but rather focuses on the management and coordination of the design process.

To qualify for this role, you should have:

At least 3-5+ years of post-qualification experience working as an architect (Part III/ARB) or RIBA Part II AA in a UK-based studio
Demonstrated experience in project/design management, including at least 2-3 of the following:
Project setup/management
Project documentation
Design strategy
Design programming
Project resourcing
Brief definition
Strong communication and organisational skills
PMP or Prince2 accreditation (preferred but not required)
Experience across RIBA stages 0-3 on high-value (£20M+) projects
Experience working in Revit/BIM-based project environments (preferred but not required)
