PROCUREMENT MANAGER – 4 DAYS PW – PERMANENT – CENTRAL LONDON STUDIO
My client is a boutique high-end Interior Design firm based in Central London. They are looking for a motivated and ambitious FF&E Procurement Manager to join their team.
This Studio has a reputation for designing timeless and elegant interiors for a range of clients, transforming private homes in their residential team, and restaurants, bars and hotels in their growing hospitality team. This year they have taken on prestigious new clients with exciting projects. They take a personalized approach to each project, forging strong relationships with their clients to deliver exceptional spaces, bringing a new, unique meaning to boutique luxury.
As a Procurement Manager at this Studio, you will be part of a medium-sized team who have a family-like feel. You will be responsible for managing the purchasing and manufacturing of FF&E pieces, acting as the main point of contact for suppliers, documentation, and ensuring an overall streamlined procurement process.
For this Procurement Manager position you need:
A design background is preferred, with experience working in Procurement for luxury interiors, ideally in the residential field
An excellent knowledge of suppliers in the luxury market
Experience working closely with the Interior Design and FF&E teams, creating packages and budgeting for current projects
Experience using EstiPC or similar, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe InDesign
Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organised, with a positive attitude.This is a 4 days per week, permanent position based in the Studio.
