We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering increased efficiency of Business Processes, improved decision making for employees of MMBC or increased compliancy of the Business. Documenting requirements of Business requests/identifying improvements and communication with key stakeholders, facilitators, and testers.
In the role, you will:
* Carry out process identification, definition, and mapping (as-is). Participate in planning and designing business processes (to-be), including formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities.
* Elicit requirements using meetings, document analysis, requirements workshops/walkthroughs for visioning, surveys, business process descriptions, user stories, use cases modelling and specification, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
* Conduct detailed research to translate business requirements into precise, high quality user stories or functional specifications that are clear and concise and are easy to understand and implement by the reporting/development team.
* Supporting formulation of internal test plans, validation, and client user acceptance testing.
* Co-ordinate with all stakeholders throughout the process – Business process owners, development team, QA resources. This will include project rollout; client sign off and project closure.
