CAD Technician – Architecture
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £200 – £230/day
Stride are working with a prestigious central government department, who are looking for a CAD Technician for an initial 6 month contract.
The role sits within their in-house design team, carrying out Architecture and Interior Design work on a range of projects from new build to retrofit and refurbishment, within all RIBA Stages. The role holder will produce detailed (Stage 3 and 4) drawings for Architectural, Interior Design, M&E and Structural services.
This is a Winchester-based contract role, with a pay rate of £200-£230 per day (depending on experience and pay type).
The role is based in the office, with the potential for some hybrid working, as well as flexibility around starting and finishing hours (providing core hours are fulfilled).
Due to the nature of the position, the successful candidate will either need to hold SC clearance or obtain government clearance. Please note that clearance needs to be obtained before any potential start date and the process can take up to 6 weeks. Due to constraints around the security clearance process, this role is only available for British passport or dual nationality holders.
