Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £40000/annum
Eden Brown in partnership with a Birmingham based practice are looking for experienced Technicians and Technologists.
The practice is based in open and sociable premises in the wonderful Jewellery Quarter area of Birmingham.
The successful candidate should:
* have experience of medium to large scale projects and job running
* have sound technical and construction knowledge
* have an understanding of all RIBA stages, Building Regulations, and current British
Standards
* be able to work independently and report directly to their project lead and their
subsequent directors
* have experience of communicating with other consultants and attendance in design
team meetings
* have experience of delivering high end tender and construction packages
* be able to demonstrate an understanding of, and proficiency in, Revit and NBS Chorus
* be able to liaise with appropriate authorities when producing documentation for
statutory approval
