Calling all Event and Exhibition Planners! Are you looking for a new, exciting and fast moving event planning role in an exciting and fast paced industry sector? Then Key Recruitment has the role for you!

We have an exciting opportunity for an Event and Exhibition Planner to join a friendly team located in a Southern London Borough.

The role is office based, and our client is looking for someone who has event planning experience, who has project management experience around events and exhibitions and someone who is able to proof read and has press writing abilities. This will coincide with a strong passion for attention to detail.

You need to be motivated and driven to work with professional and corporate businesses, is a team player and can work efficiently to event and awards evening deadlines.

You will need at least one years experience as a marketing, or events/exhibition planner, with proof reading and press writing experience, and also to be comfortable with Excel. You must be available to attend your exhibitions and this role reports to the Marketing Manager.

If you have experience with Adobe Design Suite this will be advantageous

TASKS

Production and delivery of e-shots for marketing campaigns
Managing the website, content updates, resolving any issues and reports from the website
Manage, monitor, and analyse integrated promotional campaigns
Email marketing via dotmailer, mailchimp
Create and manage weekly report on visitor targets, data analysis, visitor registrations
This role is available immediately and is paying up to £30,000.
