Tradewind Recruitment is supporting a high achieving Secondary School in Harrow with the appointment of a Design and Technology Technician. This is a full time, long term position that will commence immediately and run through until the end of the academic year in the first instance. This position offers upwards of £12 per hour based on experience. This role has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
As a Design and Technology (DT) Technician, you will work alongside Teachers in the Design and Technology classrooms and workshops, helping to prepare resources for lessons, oversee storerooms and maintain equipment. You will also support Teachers within the workshops, supervising students when using woodwork and metalwork machinery. Knowledge of these tools and machinery is highly advantageous.
