Salary : £26000 – £32000/annum

Conrad Consulting are excited to be working alongside an ambitious collective of Designers, Architects and Interior experts specialising in Retail & Hospitality projects to recruit the services of an experienced Architectural Assistant.

This firm offer an all-encompassing design service across Interior Design, Graphic Design, Architecture and Project Management from their base close to the Milton Keynes area.

With a host of big-name clients secured as repeat business and a packed pipeline of projects locked in, the company is in a fantastic position to continue along their path of progression and keep growing the company – making this an exciting time to become a part of this firm.

We are looking for a highly motivated Architectural Assistant with a passion for design who can demonstrate UK industry experience and will enjoy assisting with projects of various sizes from inception/feasibility through to delivery on site, these could range from large scale retail fit out or smaller scale F&B rollouts.

Both Part 1 and Part 2 Architectural Assistants will be considered as long as industry experience can be demonstrated.

Architectural Assistant Requirements

RIBA Part 1 or Part 2 qualification
Demonstrable UK Architecture experience
Retail & Hospitality sector experience is highly desirable
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Adobe Suite
Proficiency with Revit/BIM and also Vectorworks are desirable
Confident communicator
Strong organisation and time management skills
Self-motivated whether working alone or collaboratively as part of a team

The successful Architectural Assistant can expect to receive a highly competitive salary, dependant on experience, as well as 24 days holiday plus bank holiday and office closure over Xmas, Private Healthcare, Pension and free parking.
