Salary : £28000 – £31000/annum
Grace is helping a retail business find a talented and collaborative Graphic & Digital Designer to join an inclusive and welcoming team in Bracknell. This full-time role offers a salary of up to £31k and some great employee benefits.
As a Graphic Designer, you will continually raise the bar on creativity, taking a brief and delivering inspiring and exciting solutions to attract target audiences. This involves communicating across multiple channels, including print and digital (website and social media). You will also be responsible for the company's asset library and act as brand custodian, ensuring that all communications are created and produced in line with brand guidelines.
In your first few weeks in this Graphic Designer role, you can expect to:
* Provide stakeholder support where necessary on the creation and process of briefing
* Work with allocated briefs and translate to design concepts and communicate and present design drafts
* Set the overall tone and style of creative campaigns for others to take inspiration from
* Create designs and assets to support campaign and promotional activity, working with internal and external partners.
To succeed in this Graphic Designer role, you will need experience in printed and digital design (both B2C and B2B). You will also require the following:
* Experience translating creative concepts
* Tenacious attention to detail
* The ability to manage time effectively, working within a team and delivering against deadlines
* The ability to challenge standards and communicate when standards and communication are not good.
