Senior Architectural Technician

Salary : £50000 – £55000/annum + Benefits + Bonus
Are you an Architectural Technician working at Senior level looking for a permanent role and the opportunity to join a well established firm of Chartered Surveyors, Architects and Engineers at a period of expansive growth and success. If so we are looking for a Senior Architectural Technician to join the existing team.
Based in Portsmouth you will be working within the Architectural team providing professional solutions to construction problems.
Below is a general overview of the role. A generous basic + bonus scheme is in place with the opportunity to grow and develop with funded learning. Immediate starts are available for the right candidates.
· Undertaking all aspects of AutoCAD drawing and design work including CAD designs, measuring site surveys, attending site visits.
· Maintaining Quality Standards for Drawings.
· Liaising closely with other professionals, including engineers, architects and surveyors.
· Encouragement for own continuous professional learning
Experience and Key Skills:
· Experience of working on construction projects.
· Ability to complete measured site surveys and attend site visits.
· Understanding of historic buildings and conservation protocols.
· Ability to build relationships at all levels.
Minimum Requirements:
· SC Clearance will be required at some stage so candidates must be able to complete a UK clearance up to SC level.
· Excellent software knowledge including AutoCAD, Revit, Office.
· Strong awareness of building Regulation and Planning Applications.
