Architectural Technician or Architect (AutoCAD)

Conrad Consulting are currently recruiting for an Intermediate level Architectural Technician or Architect to join our client in their award-winning Manchester studio on a permanent basis. This role requires AutoCAD experience only.
This pioneering Architectural studio currently house over 60 Architectural professionals of whom are involved in a wide range of design sectors. Future employees here can expect to gain exposure to both Small & Large-scale projects. Initially this work will have a particular Retail-focus but there is opportunity to diversify within the practice and get involved in numerous other building types here as the role develops.
Individuals looking to apply for this role would be viewed upon favourable if they were to possess solid technical and construction knowledge and a background having worked within the Retail sector
Candidates will:
Have a minimum of 2 years experience working within a UK practice
Hold a relevant technical qualification: Degree, HNC/HND, etc.
Have sound technical/construction knowledge
