Salary : £50000 – £55000/annum

I am working with a luxury property development company who are growing their in-house design team, and are looking for a creative and organised Senior FF&E and Procurement Manager to join their south-west London studio.

This company has expertise and a stellar reputation for creating exceptional residences in some of London's most prestigious locations, focusing predominantly on the super-prime locations in Central London. As well as their own developments, they also partner with private clients, investors and asset managers.

This company are in a controlled growth period – this role will offer the opportunity to work in a small team of highly talented individuals, where you are an integral member of the Senior team. Under the guidance of the Design Director, you will lead the FF&E on high-end projects throughout London, and manage the Procurement process. You will be required to mentor more junior members of the team, and add value to their processes to create efficiency and the ultimate smooth running and delivery of projects on time.

To be considered for this Senior FF&E Procurement role, you need:

An Interior Design/Architecture degree, or related design qualification
At least 6 years' experience working on luxury residential projects
A detail-orientated approach to design, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proven experience of leading the FF&E on high-end projects, with expert knowledge of luxury suppliers
Good team player and mentor, with an ambitious drive to grow with the business.
This company currently work full-time from their South-West London Studio.
