Design Manager | Dublin City

Our client is seeking a Design Manager for a position based Dublin City, our client is a main contractor with a turnover of over £300m.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and owning the Design management process and working collaboratively within our pre-construction and operational teams
oordinating and managing the production of high-quality design information from inception through to final submission, taking ownership of the process, design program, and documentation
Ensuring the management and production of all design information, whilst attending and hosting pre-tender and post-tender design team meetings.
Candidate requirements
Minimum 5 years of total experience
Minimum 5 years of industry-related experience
Advanced Knowledge of engineering principles, techniques, policies, and procedures
Knowledge of UK regulations
Knowledge of design principles and local regulations
Excellent knowledge of material engineering properties and local/global availability of materials
Excellent technical skills and ability to organize and oversee the preparation of technical drawings
