One of the world's leading fully integrated professional services and project management companies is currently looking to hire a talented Senior Creative Lead, someone able to demonstrate a passion for design and digital technology with experience leading a wide range of large-scale mixed discipline projects.
You would be joining an in-house creative team of highly skilled UX/UI designers, graphic designers, animators, visualisers and web developers, and working on an exhilarating scope of projects. Recent successful collaborations include Highways England, EDF, MoD, Transport for London, HS2, and the Environment Agency.

The Role
You would be joining a team tasked with creating bespoke communications which focus on bringing meaning to content, making information more accessible and adding value to projects. As Senior Creative Lead you would lead with passion, ideas and critical thinking, supporting the creation and delivery of fresh work on exciting, cross-disciplinary projects across print and events to web, virtual reality and motion.
Responsibilities to include…
– Creatively leading project teams' approach and direction
– Supporting the management of design resources across technical projects to promote best design practices
– Communicating with new and existing clients to maintain an agency level of design and technical support
– Reviewing scoping documents to ensure clients receive great value and high-quality design and creative work
– Selecting and challenging project teams, ensuring projects are design-led.
– Hands-on with mixed discipline projects, able to jump in to give creative guidance and support as required.
– Helping develop future work pipelines through client engagement, spotting opportunities and maximizing potential

The Candidate
You will have significant experience leading and bringing ingenious outcomes across the creative disciplines, with a stand-out portfolio of great conceptual work displaying an authentic passion for design. Your skills will include…
– Outstanding eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work, able to work well under pressure
– Excellent and confident organizational and communication skills
– Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop
– Strong layout and typography skills
– Agile development
– UX/UI Design – desirable
