Salary : £60000 – £65000/annum

Responsibility for the client relationships and profitability of all accounts under your supervision

* Understand and take an interest in the wider client and business context

* Ensure the successful development and implementation of client projects

* Identify, progress and take ownership for strategic development and new business opportunities with existing clients

* Be accountable for your team, their workloads and development and, in managing them, deliver on our commercial, creative and human objectives

* Have solid judgement – commercial, people, creative

* Drive account profitability
