Finance Business Partner
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £60000 – £70000/annum
Robert Walters is excited to be recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join one of the UK's leading fashion retailers located in Greater Manchester. Due to the rapid growth of the business, this new vacancy is offering a competitive salary to join a thriving and diverse team.
You will be reporting to the Financial Controller and will be responsible for the financial performance for a dynamic and evolving multi-million-pound turnover business as well the providing of financial information and forecasting.
The Role
In reporting directly to Financial Controller, you will work with the business to track financial performance and provide financial information, forecasting and analysis to help guide decision making and set strategy. You will be responsible for:
Interacting with stakeholders, presenting complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
Identifying financial risks and mitigate them both specific to the industry but also in the broader economy
Delivering insight into business strategy whilst linking financials into the decision-making process
Providing crucial information and data to assist in the decision-making process which have an impact on both day-to-day decisions and long-term outcomes
Facilitating clear communication between finances and operations within the organisation
Producing monthly forecasts
Confidently communicating with other key stakeholders and management teamsThe Candidate
You will be:
A fully Qualified accountant with proven experience within a commercial finance role
Able to present complex information in a clear manner
A strong, confident speaker with excellent presentation skills
Able to speak with key stakeholders confidentlyThe Company
