Key contacts: Internal commercial team, client buyers & merchandisers, factories, supply chain & distribution.

Key Tasks

· Raise customer invoices

· Check and approve all factory invoices

· Handle all post in and out of the department

· Manage tracking and delivery of post

· Update customer systems & documentation

· Check, verify and maintain large volumes of data

· Provide packaging information to factories

· Photograph and label product

· Manage shipping documentation

· General office duties

Job Purpose

Provide general administration support within the business; ensure the efficient operation of the department.

Skills Required

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must

· Excellent excel skills

· Ability to multi-task effortlessly

· Strong prioritisation and time management skills

· Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive business information

· Organised, proactive and ability to work independently to support all areas within the business

· Team player

· Good communicator
